Virginia Tech
What better place to start then the home of the Hokies! Yes, Virginia Tech (aka Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University). Its in Blacksburg, VA and has allowed me to call it home for the past 4 years. It is sad that it can be that no longer, but it will always be a place I love going back to no matter what.
Virginia Tech :: Electrical and Computer Engineering
And what did I exactly do there? Well, take a look at the College of Engineering and more specifically the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department. Both of which insisted on making my life a living hell for the most part of my stay with tons and tons of work and tests that were impossible to do! Eh .. it was all worth it in the end. =)
Virginia Tech :: Society of Women Engineers
The Society of Women Engineers was a big part of my life during my stay at VT. I started out as a member in my freshman year and then climbed to secretary, vice president, president, and then went to be publicity chair in my senior year. It was a lot of fun to be able to help girls, in university and grade school, see the importance of math and sciences and essentially engineering. We helped our fellow women in engineering excel in academics as well as help them with their future careers.
Tigers
Alright, its time to talk about more pleasant things .. such as .. yes .. TIGERS! As you might of guessed .. they are my favorite animal. They are so elegant, strong, and pretty. I have so many things that are tigerish in my possession, but not that many that it would be called obsession. But I have done many school papers/projects on them during middle and high school. I think the reason I like them so much is that they are kind of like me. I have had people tell me that I looked like I was a tiger in my last life! Well...I don't know about that, and t here really isn't a way that I could check anyway. Alright....enjoy the pictures and if you have some money to donate, please donate to the ever decreasing population of the tigers! We need to keep them poachers and deforestation. =)

Its the largest movie industry in the world...churning out 800+ movies a year. Such a big industry has to have many links to news, updates, and gossip. Some of my favorites are:

- Smashits: I love watching the movie clips here, especially to find out if I want to see the rest of the movie. =P
- HindiLyrix: Get lyrics for the wonderful Hindi songs.
- Tamana Bollywood: Another site with lyrics, because one can't possibly have all the songs there are.
- Music India Online: This is another place I go to listen to Hindi music online. - Raaga: Listen to great Hindi songs here.
